Gold in this planet is a very precious element because of its many benefits and is being valued over high due to its rarity to the Earth's surface. But koala bears who love eating leaves of eucalyptus trees just do not feed themselves to satisfaction but even consuming this scarce particles that their source of foods - the eucalyptus- had been found out to have dust of gold to its leaves.
Scientists from Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), one of the Australia's national agency in terms of science, have established evidences that the Eucalypts in the
Kalgoorlie region of Western Australia and the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia are sucking up water having gold ingredients buried deep down the earth via the roots then store in their leaves and others parts of the trees. gold could be potentially dangerous to plant so the Eucalypstus trees tend to display its deposits in to the leaves then eventually fall to the ground.
Miners might still prefer the highly advanced tools in exploration of deep down minerals such as gold but this finding is very useful and cost effective because it doesn't cost too much and environmentally-friendly approach. By studying and sampling analysis of plants for small fragments of minerals may aid miners and researchers of what is there buried deep in the soil without the the need of drilling and brute force to the environment.
