Nature's Wonders Make You Realize The Existence Of God

Most of the west cultures and atheists, of course, do not believe about the existence of God in heavens above and they thought that we are not His creation but a mere product of Natural Selection of that Charles Darwin's Theory of Evolution in spite of its holes to prove its claims. But a new study suggested that seeing amazing natural sites around the world would make you accept the presence of God and even the increasing chance of tolerating supernatural phenomenon.

The Awe Changes The Perception

Psychological scientist Doctor Piercarlo Valdesolo and his team conducted this study by dividing the subjects into two group. The first group was allowed to w
watch awe-inspiring scenes from BCC's Planet Earth documentary while the second group was asked to watch Current Events. The researchers later found out that the first group elicited the feelings of admiration to the natural wonders such as The Great Canyon, Niagara Falls being presented to them. Another finding is that their is a greater increase in term of tolerance to uncertain things as as supernatural events.

However, the researchers pointed out that the results might shed some light on why people try to seek explanation of such events no matter what kind of reasoning it might have. No wonder the subjects in first group were become more tolerant to supernatural actions because of trying to figure out the awesomeness they felt after the exposure.

One Theory why such experiences of awe might relate to believing supernatural is the submissive body posture which make us feel less powerful. The more submissive we are like kneeling and bowing, the more awe we feel then eventually have stronger faith to heavens above.
